用GC/MS法分析选奇滴丸中防风与羌活挥发油成分

Analysis of essential oil components of Saposhnikovia divaricata and Notopterygium incisumin Xuanqi drop pills by GC/MS method

目的:建立选奇滴丸GC/MS的质量控制方法。方法:采用GC/MS法对选奇滴丸及其组方中防风、羌活挥发油成分进行鉴别研究,并采用峰面积归一化法计算相对含量。结果:在选奇滴丸总离子流图中,共鉴定出54种成分,主要有α-蒎烯、γ-萜品烯、6,6-二甲基-2-亚甲基-二环[3.1.1]庚烷、芹菜脑等,并有新成分产生,如麝香草酚、喷鼻螺萜醇等。结论:GC/MS法应用于选奇滴丸挥发油的鉴别能有效控制该制剂质量。

Objective： To establish a GC/MS method for quality control of Xuanqi drop pills. Methods： To identify essential oil components of Saposhnikovia divaricata, Notopterygium incisum in Xuanqi drop pills were identified by GC/MS method and to calculate its relative contents by the peak area normalization method. Results： In the total ion chromatogram of Xuanqi drop pills, 54 components were detected, they were mainly α-pinene, Wterpinene, 6,6 dimethyl 2-methylene-bicyclo[3.1.1] heptane,apopinol,and some new ingredients were also detected, such as thymol, gush nasal screw terpene alcohols, etc. Conclusion： The essential oil in Xuanqi drop pills could be identified by GC/MS method, which could effectively control the quality of the medicine.
