对门诊高脂血症病人调查问卷的分析

Analysis of the questionnaires in hyperlipidemia outpatients

目的:分析临床药师对门诊高脂血症病人药学服务的必要性,为药学服务工作的开展提出建议。方法:通过在上海市闸北区彭浦新村街道社区卫生服务中心咨询窗口发放调查问卷(275份)和电话问卷(125份)的形式,对门诊高脂血症病人对疾病的认知情况、用药依从性、接受宣传及教育的态度等方面进行调查,回收有效问卷并对调查结果进行分析。结果:共回收有效问卷353份,回收率88.25%。其中,97%的病人用药依从性较好,42%的病人不清楚高脂血症的概念及其并发症。回答问卷的病人均表示愿意接受药师的指导。结论:在社区卫生服务中心,应逐步开展对门诊病人的药学服务工作。

Objective： To analyze the necessity of pharmaceutical care by clinical pharmacists for hyperlipidemia outpatients and to offer recommendations for the development of pharmaceutical care. Methods： Two hundred and seventy-five copies of questionnaire were distributed at the consultation window, Community Health Service Center of Pengpu New Estate of Zhabei District, and 125 hyperlipidemia outpatients were approached through phone call, inquiring of the patients about their knowl edge of hyperlipidemia, medication compatibility and their attitude on the propaganda and education of medical care. Valid cop ies of questionnaire were recovered and investigation results were analyzed accordingly. Results： Three hundred and fifty three copies of questionnaire were recovered, with a recovery rate of 88.25%. Ninety-seven percent of the patients showed good medication compatibility, 42% of the patients were not clear about hyperlipidemia and its complications. All the patients re sponding to the questionnaire expressed their willingness to accept advice from pharmacists. Conclusion： It is necessary to pro vide pharmaceutical care for outpatients at the community health service center.
