法律援助工作的现状及对策──以广西玉林市为例

The Present Situation and Countermeasures of the Legal Aid ——Taking Yulin City as an Example

自2003年《法律援助条例》实施以来,经过十年的发展,我国的法律援助工作取得了诸多突破。但在法律援助工作实践中仍然存在着诸多的问题和不足,尤其是在地方基层尤为突出。本文从法律援助的基本理论入手,在对广西玉林市法律援助工作进行调研的基础上进行分析、研究,并提出改进法律援助工作的建议。

Since the implementation of ＂Legal Aid Ordinance＂ in 2003, after ten years of development, China＇s legal aid work has achieved many breakthroughs. But there are still many problems, especially at the local level. This paper starts from the basic theory of legal aid, analyzes the legal aid work in Yulin City, based on previous relative research, and puts forward the suggestions for the improvement of legal aid work.
