摘要
目的考察不同解释风格对大学生人际关系与主观幸福感的影响,为大学生心理健康咨询与教育提供科学依据。方法采用解释风格问卷、人际关系综合诊断量表、中国城市居民主观幸福感量表,对整群随机抽取的367名大学生进行问卷调查。结果不同解释风格的大学生在主观幸福感和人际关系困扰上差异非常显著。结论大学生的不同解释风格影响着其人际关系和主观幸福感。
Objective: To explore the affect of undergraduates' different explanatory style to interpersonal relationship and subjective well-being and to provide a valid reference for psychological counseling or mental health education. Methods: A total of 367 university students from Henan participated in a study involving measuring Seligman "Test your own optimism" questionnaire, Zheng Ri Chang college students interpersonal troubled questionnaire, Xing Zhan Jun city residents subjective well-being questionnaire. Results: There has significant difference between undergraduates' interpersonal relationship and subjective well-being for different explanatory style. Conclusion: students' different explanatory style effects significantly influence the students' interpersonal interaction and subjective well-being.
