新媒体在当今时代的快速发展改变了人们的生活方式,也在日益改变着人们的教育观及价值观。高校思想政治教育环境的变化,使得传统的对大学生的教育步伐缓慢,大学生的思想也发生了很大的变化。作为高校教师和工作人员,最重要的是充分把握好和运用好新媒体,创新工作方法,从而更好地对大学生进行教育。

The rapid development of the new media and Internet has changed people＇s way of life; it is also changing people＇s education view and the view of value. Changes of University Ideological and political education environment slow down the traditional education of college students, and the idea of university students has changed a lot. As a university teacher, the most important is to make good use of new media network, improve the methods of working in an innovative way, so as to enhance the education efficiency.
