硫辛酸联合苦碟子注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效观察

Efficiency of lipoic acid joint Kudiezi injection on diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的观察和评价硫辛酸联合苦碟子注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果。方法 60例糖尿病性周围神经病变患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组每日给予苦碟子注射液40 mL,硫辛酸60 mL,治疗14 d;对照组每日给予硫辛酸60 mL,治疗14 d。比较两组患者治疗前后神经传导速度及感觉症状和总体治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组患者的感觉症状及神经传导速度均较治疗前有改善(P<0.05),与对照组相比,观察组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论联合使用硫辛酸和苦碟子注射液治疗糖尿病合并周围神经病变效果较为理想。

Objective To observe and evaluate the treatment effect of lipoic acid combined with Kudiezi injec- tion on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 60 diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Observation group was given Kudiezi injection 40 mL, and lipoic acid 60 mL for 14 days;control group was given lipoie acid 60 rnL for 14 days. The nerve conduction velocity, sensory symptoms and total therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment, sensory symptoms and nerve conduction velocity of the two groups were all improved compared with before treatment （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The efficiency of observation group was better than that of control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The effect of lipoic acid combined with Kudiezi injection for diabetic peripheral neuropathy is ideal.
