Advanced Concepts and Technologies of Foreign Rainwater Comprehensive Utilization

德国、美国和日本是国外雨水综合利用先进理念和成熟技术的代表,强调雨水的多重控制和多重利用,把降低降雨径流洪峰值、减少进入城市排水管网的雨水量、生态环境建设和雨水资源的循环利用相结合,因地制宜开展雨水综合利用,化害为利造福社会。本文主要介绍和总结德国、美国和日本雨水综合利用的理念和技术,为我国的雨水综合利用提供参考和借鉴。

Germany, America and Japan are representatives of using the advanced concepts and mature technology of rainwater utilization , who emphasize the multiple control and utilization of rainwater , combining reducing runoff peak value and the amount of urban storm water into the drainage network and the construction of ecological environment with rainwater utilization according to the local conditions to benefit the society.This paper mainly introduces and summarizes rainwater comprehensive utilization concepts and technologies of Germany , A-merica and Japan , in order to provide reference for that in our country.
