摘要
为改善高档数控机床进给系统用永磁直线同步电机的伺服性能,需要研究减少推力波动的技术措施。文章分析了永磁直线同步电机推力波动的机理,指出齿槽效应、端部效应及法向力是引起永磁直线同步电机推力波动的主要原因。
In order to improve the Servo characteristics of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (PMLSM) used in the feed system of modern top-end numerous con-trol machines, means to reduce the thrust fluctuation of the PMLSM were studied. After analyzing the fluctuation mechanism, it was found that the cogging & edge effect and formal force were the main cause.
