摘要 针对压电喷油器的实际使用要求和压电驱动器的具体性能参数,基于脉宽调制(PWM)控制方式,采用Adμc841单片机和大功率IGBT开关管设计了压电喷油器的驱动电路。利用MATLAB/SIMULINK对充放电回路的限流电感进行了优化设计,最后对设计的驱动电路进行了试验。试验结果表明,设计的驱动电路可实现对压电喷油器的精确快速控制;当压电喷油器内压电驱动器等效电容为7μF时,驱动电路的充放电时间均小于0.1ms,最大驱动电压可达200V,并且喷油器可实现最小间隔0.2ms的多次喷射。 According to the actual use requests of the piezoelectric injector and the material performance pa- rameters of the piezoelectric actuator, the drive circuit of piezoelectric injector is designed using Adμc841 sin- glechip and IGBT, based on PWM control type. The current limiting inductance of the charge and discharge circuit is optimization designed, using MATLAB/SIMULINK, and at last, the experiment is conducted to the designed drive circuit. The results of the experiment indicate that the drive circuit can control the piezoelectric injector accurately and fleetly, and when the equivalent capacitance of the piezoelectric actuator in injector is 7 μF, the time of the charge and discharge is less than 0.1 ms, the maximal drive voltage is 200V, and the in- jector can achieve multi-injection with minimum interval of 0.2ms.
