摘要
本文以广播电视大学远程开放教育为例,将双因素理论应用于远程开放教育人才培养满意度的研究,以期探索出教学质量与人才培养满意度联动的途径。
In order to explore the linkage of teaching quality and the satisfaction degree of talent training, this paper employs the motivator - hygiene theory to study on the satisfaction degree of tal-ent training in open and distance education in the Radio and TV university with motivator-hygiene theory.
