摘要
本文通过分析延迟退休年龄对我国就业机制的影响,利用具体计量模型计算了两种不同退休方案所导致的长远劳动力溢出数量,对比得出两种不同方案的优缺点,为设计退休年龄的时机和方案提供参考,从而达到降低延迟退休对就业的负面影响,实现城镇职工社会福利的最大化。
This paper analyzes the influences of extending the retirement age on the employment in China. With the help of specific measurement models, we calculate the overflow quantity of long - term labor led by two different retirement programs and compare their advantages and disadvanta-ges, trying to reduce the negative impact of delayed retirement and maximize social welfare.
