摘要
科里奥利质量流量计称得上是真正意义上的质量流量测量,具备一系列工程应用优点,已经成为工业控制及节能管理领域较多使用的流量仪表,广泛应用于石化、制药及其他工业领域。本文从化工车间科里奥利质量流量计的原理和结构入手,总结了一些安装使用上的注意事项和使用方法,对其选用及安装进行说明,最后简单阐述了科里奥利质量流量计在化工车间的投运及常见故障的处理方法。
Coriolis Mass Flowmeter-CMF can be regarded as the real mass flow measurement, which has a series of engineering application advantages. As a mass flow meter, the CMF has been widely used in industry controlling and energy saving management fields such as petrochemical and pharmacy. This paper summarized some cautions and application methods from design principle and structure of the CMF, and also made some instructions on its installment, at last, briefly explained the working and troubleshooting methods of the CMF.
