专业镇中小微企业服务平台的建设——理论基础和功能实现

近年来,各地区出现的专业镇经济,有着高度的产业集中性和地理集中性,在地方经济中具有重要地位。其以中小企业为主,处于集群经济的发展期,支持其发展的服务平台建设仍在探索中。本文首先通过在微观层面分析专业镇的中小企业、政府的经济特征揭示了服务平台需要解决的企业发展和政府目标实现的问题。然后,在宏观层面将专业镇作为一个整体利用集群演化理论进行分析,提出了利用开放创新的思路,将服务平台作为专业镇内外部联系的中间媒介来促进专业镇的发展。最后,在此分析的基础上,提出了专业镇中小企业服务平台的功能实现和基本架构。

In recent years, the economy of the region specialized town, has a high degree of industrial concentration and geographic concentration, plays an important role in the local economy. The service platform to support town＇s SMEs＇ development is still on the way of exploring. At the micro level, by analysis of the economic characteristics of specialized town＇s SMEs and government the government＇s economic characteristics, the article reveals that a service platform should help enterprise development and the government to achieve the objective. Then, at the macro level,specialized town is seen as a whole, the article using cluster evolutionary theory to analysis, and then combining with open innovation ideas, points outthe service platform as a intermediary between the external and inner to promote the development of the specialized town. Finally, on the basis of the above analysis, the article points out the SMEs service platform＇sbasic structureand their functions.
