精准化管理在中小企业生产过程中的应用研究

精准化管理的实施对企业竞争力的提升具有重要的作用。面对我国中小企业的粗放式管理问题,本研究提出将精准化管理应用到中小企业的生产过程之中,具体涉及到在设备、工艺、节能、环保以及质量管理中实施计量和标准化的要求,以期帮助企业实现质量、节能、降耗、减排等多方面效益的提升。

The implementation of precise management plays an important role in enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. For SMEs have extensive management problems, this study proposes precise management can be applied to the production process of the SMEs,including the implementation of metrology and standardization in the equipment, technology, energy saving, environmental protection and quality management,in order to help companies enhance quality, energy conservation, energy, emission reduction and other aspects.
