This paper probes into the use-pattern of batch input function for readers＇ fixed-length data provided by fixed-length data receiving module of IlasII v2.0 system, expounds the method for transforming Excel data format into the one receivable for Ilas , and realizing the batch-import of readers＇ information into the system＇s database with the procedures as follows： determining the format of readers＇ data, producing Excel form of the source files of readers＇ data, transforming Ilas Ⅱ data format, making backup of Ilas Ⅱ database, inputting Ilas Ⅱ database, and conducting batch input of photograph.
