生态环评在路网规划中的应用

The Application of Ecological Environmental Impact Assessment (Eco-EIA) in Road Network Planning

随着国家的发展和社会的进步,生态环境影响评价作为分析和解决环境问题的一项重要方法受到越来越多的关注。以山西省为例,分析了生态环评在路网规划中的应用,从可持续发展理论和生态学理论出发,研究了路网规划对生态环境的影响分布,提出了运用路网规划调整方案保护生态环境的若干有效措施。

With the development of the country and the progress of the society, Eco-EIA, being as an important method for analyzing and solving the environment problems, has received more and more attentions. Taking Shanxi Province as an example, this paper analyzes the application of Eco-EIA in road network planning, and starting from the sustainable development thcgry and ecological theory, studies the distribution of the impact of road network planning on ecological environment, and puts forward some effective measures for protecting the ecological environment by using the adjustment nrograms of road network planning.
