摘要
目的探讨应用双尖缝合针行皮下环形缝合结扎曲张静脉的手术方式治疗大隐静脉曲张可行性及有效性。方法选择45例大隐静脉曲张患者63条下肢,通过使用自制的双尖缝合针用单股可吸收缝线在皮下将曲张静脉环绕缝合结扎,置线结于皮下。对临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果随访6个月静脉曲张均无复发,缝合处针孔瘢痕全部消失。结论采用双尖缝合针治疗大隐静脉曲张安全有效、操作简便、微创省时、费用低廉、并发症少、瘢痕全无,值得临床推广。
Objective To discuss the treatment of simple great saphenous varicose by percutaneous continuous circumsuture with double-tipped needle. Methods Sixty-three lower extremities of 45 patients suffering from simple great saphenous varicose were chosen, the operated modus of percutaneous continuous circumsuture by self-design double-tipped needle with absorbable monofilament suture were adopted and the knots were put in subcutaneous situs. The clinical data of these patients were analyzed retrospectively. Results During the follow-up of 6 months no varicose recurred and scars in intradermic suture situs disappeared completely. Conclusion The operating therapy of treating simple great saphenous varicose by double-tipped needle is a very secure and effective method with many advantages such as its convenience, time-saving and low expense, little complication. So, it deserves wide spread in clinicalperformance.
