摘要
目的探讨无明显突出肾表面的囊肿应用后腹腔镜治疗的临床价值。方法对23例患者的29个无明显突出肾表面的肾囊肿,应用后腹腔镜手术治疗。结果手术均顺利完成,平均手术时间50min;随访6个月,未见复发及严重并发症存在。结论无明显突出肾表面的肾囊肿,应用后腹腔镜治疗安全、疗效明显,术中仔细判断并找寻到囊肿位置,是手术的关键。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of endoscopic treatment in the cyst invisible surface of kidney Methods Twenty-three patients with 29 invisible renal surface cysts got laparoscopic surgery. Results The operation was successfully completed, the average operative time was 50 min; followed up for 6 months, no recurrence and complications existed. Conclusion Invisible renal surface cysts can be used with the laparoscopic treatment in safety, the efficacy is obvious, careful determination and accurate cyst location is the key to the surgery.
