摘要
目的建立了一种由反式二苯乙烯苷(反式-2,3,5,4'-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷)制备顺式二苯乙烯苷(顺式-2,3,5,4'-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷)的方法。方法通过对不同转化条件的考察,确定最佳的转化条件。结果采用制备液相色谱技术对目标物进行分离,并经四大光谱进行鉴定。制备所获得的顺式二苯乙烯苷纯度大于98.0%。结论该制备方法简便快捷,制备效率高。
Objective To establish a preparative method for cis-2,3,5,4'-tetrahydroxystilbene- 2-O-β-D-glucoside from trans-2,3,5,4'-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D_glucoside. Methods After study on various transformation conditions, the optimum conditions were determined. Results A preparative high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was used to separate the target compound that was confirmed by four spectral analysis later. The purity of the final product was more than 98.0%. Conclusion The preparative method is simple and fast. It also shows high oreDaration efficiency.
