天津市餐饮具集中消毒单位卫生监督现状与监管措施 被引量:3

摘要 目的强化对餐饮具集中消毒单位的卫生监督管理。方法依据法律法规,认真调研,制定《天津市餐饮具集中消毒卫生监督工作实施办法》,强化检查,督促整改,探索监督新方法。结果通过卫生监督部门的不断努力,餐饮具集中消毒单位的卫生水平、守法意识有所提高。结论对餐饮具集中消毒单位卫生监督应不断加强监督管理,不断开创监管新方法,提高餐饮具集中消毒单位管理者的意识及消毒餐饮具的合格率,确保人民群众使用安全的餐饮具。 Objective: To strengthen the supervision and management on tableware disinfection units. Method: Based on the laws and regulations, and careful researchment, we draw up "Implementation measures of health supervision for tablewears concentrated disinfection in Tianjin", and strengthen inspection and explore supervision. Results: Through the continuous efforts of the health supervision departments, the tableware disinfection units'hygiene level and law-abiding awareness are increased. Conclusions: We should further strengthen the supervision and management of the tableware disinfection units' health supervision, and constantly open up new regulatory methods to improve the awareness of tableware disinfection units managers and the pass rate of disinfection tablewares, to ensure that the masses of the people use safe tablewares.
