持续火热后，商业地产的泡沫越来越大。春节过后，苏州市政府发布了马年首个地方房地产市场新政策《关于进一步加强全市商业房地产项目管理意见》，多年来一直脱离调控中心的商业地产首次被地方政府纳入调控范畴。
