摘要
为了提高铸坯质量,确保铸机的稳定顺行,武钢某炼钢厂通过一系列工艺优化措施,采用了包括中间包自动开浇、结晶器液面自动控制系统优化、结晶器漏钢预报系统优化等措施,取得了良好效果:中间包自动开浇率上升到98%以上,铸坯综合改判率控制在0.2%以下。
In order to improve the quality of casting slab, ensure the stable operation of the caster, a series of optimization measures on process including the tundish casting auto-start, the mold level automatic control system optimization and the mold breakout forecast system optimization etc, were adopted in a steel making plant of WISCO. As a result, the tundish casting auto-start rate was improved to 98 %, and the comprehensive degrade rate of billet was reduced to 0. 2 %.
