常化炉的钢板跟踪系统,是保证常化炉安全生产以及钢板加热时间的基础。介绍了1个由西门子400PLC以及辊道变频器、热检实现的钢板跟踪控制系统,详细分析了其软件构成及运行原理。

The plate tracking control system plays an important role in a normalizing furnace, which ensures the safe operation and the appropriate heating time of the plates. In this paper ,a system based on Siemens 400 series PLC, invertors and HMD was introduced. And the software architecture and the principle of the system were illustrated.
