CSP连铸机结晶器振动故障分析及改进

摘要 介绍了结晶器振动装置的构成及原理,分析了结晶器振动传感器故障导致停振与高拉速引起的偏振故障的原因,以及对故障进行的针对性改进,取得了良好的效果。 The structure and control principle of the mould oscillator were introduced, then oscillator stoppage caused by the oscillator sensor faults and the polarization faults of the mould caused by the high casting speed were analyzed. The countermeasures against the above-mentioned faults was introduced which achieved good results.
