The hydraulic lifting control and its working principle of the tundish car were introduced. Contraposing the problems during lifting of tundish car, such as stop or abnormal motion, the problems were analyzed from the aspects of the hydraulic system principle and operating scheme, and the methods were proposed to quickly find and fix the similar failures in order to quickly remove fault and guarantee the production in the future.
