经颅直流电刺激有限元仿真的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 经颅直流电刺激有限元仿真是一种基于头部有限元实体三维模型分析经颅直流电刺激电流分布的数学分析方法。作为一种理论研究方法,其目的是为实际经颅直流电刺激的应用提供相应的理论基础,对实际的操作和实验具有一定的指导意义。综述了经颅直流电刺激有限元仿真的研究现状,分析了经颅直流电刺激的头部三维实体模型的建立及优化、电极片设计及定位等关键技术,展望了经颅直流电刺激的研究趋势和方向。 Transcranial direct current stimulation finite element analysis is a mathematical method that practical transcranial electrical stimulation has been analysed based on head finite element entity 3-D model. As a theory re- search medthod, the objective is to provide rich theory foundation for practical transcranial electrical stimulation ap- plication, there is certain guiding significance with practical using and clinical trial. The newest progress of tran- scranial direct current stimulation analysis research is described, analyzed some key technology such as head 3-D entity model reconstruction, electrode design and location, at the same time prospects research trend and direction about transcranial electrical stimulation.
