摘要
针对传统麦弗逊悬架减振器侧向力计算方法的计算误差,提出了基于空间结构进行侧向力计算的构想,最终建立了侧向力的计算理论。根据建立的理论在EXCEL的基础上建立了侧向力的计算程序,能快速地进行减振器侧向力的计算,优化布置螺旋弹簧的。在工程实际中,利用该方法进行麦弗逊悬架减振器侧向力的计算快速准确,有很强的理论意义和工程应用价值。
As the calculation errors of the traditional method of calculating the lateral force for McPherson suspension shock absorber, the lateral force computing concept based on spatial structure is proposed, and the computing theory is ultimately established. According to the theory, the lateral force caculation procedure is established based on EXCEL, so the calculation of lateral force and coil springs optimal layout become quite convenient. In engineering practice, the method makes the caculation of the lateral force for McPherson suspension shock absorber quick and accurate, and is a great theoretical and engineering application significance.
