食品添加剂制剂的国内外管理现状及问题研究

The situation and problems of domestic and international management of food additives

目的:比较国内外食品添加剂制剂的管理异同,提出我国加强和完善该类物质管理的建议。方法:收集欧盟、美国、日本、巴西、澳大利亚和新西兰现行有效的食品添加剂制剂的管理法规,与我国对该类物质管理现状进行比较研究,并分析我国该类物质的生产现状和所面临的问题。结果:对比结果显示,我国对于该类物缺乏系统的管理法规,且该类物质正常生产由于缺乏法规标准而面临很大困难。结论:建议参考国外管理模式,结合我国国情,建立完善系统的食品添加剂制剂的法规标准。

Objective ： To compare the similarities and differences on the management of food additives in order to give advice on how to strengthen and improve national management. Methods ： The regulations on the preparations of food additives of EU, U.S. , Japan, Brazil, Australia and New Zealand and China were collected and compared. The pro- duction status and the problems facing were discussed. Results ： The deficiency of regulations in China is the reason for many problems in food additives production. Conclusion： Regulations on the preparations of food additives should be seriously considered. China need to establish a management system based on our domestic situation and foreign coun- tries＇ regulations.
