磺化硅胶催化合成葡萄酒香料己酸正丁酯

摘要 采用己酸和正丁醇为原料,磺化硅胶为催化剂,非均相酯化反应合成葡萄酒香料己酸正丁酯,考察了原料配比、反应时间及催化剂用量等对酯化反应的影响。实验结果表明,磺化硅胶具有较高的催化活性,其最佳工艺条件为:n(正丁醇)∶n(己酸)=3∶1,催化剂用量为己酸质量的1.5%,回流反应3h,酯化率达96.1%;而且磺化硅胶具有较好的重复使用性能,使用5次后,酯化率仍达91.2%,磺化硅胶易于和产物分离,回收使用效果好,对设备腐蚀和环境污染都较轻。 The heterogeneous phase synthesis of wine flavor butyl hcxanoate was made by hexanoic acid esterification with n -butanol, silica sulfuric acid (SSA) was the catalyst. The effects of mole ratio of reactants, reaction time and dosage of catalyst on the esterification reaction were investigated. The optimized reaction conditions were: the mole rati- o of hexanoic acid to n - butanol was 3 : 1, the reaction time was 3 hours, and catalyst amount was 1.5% (based on hexanoic acid mass). Under the optimal reaction condition, the esterification rate of hexanoic acid can reach over 96. 1%. SSA could be reused, and the esterification rate kept above 91.2% after five times reuse. Moreover, the SSA catalyst has the advantage of easy separation, higher recovery availability, lower corrosion and environmental pol- lution.
