骨痛贴的提取工艺研究

摘要 目的优选骨痛贴的最佳提取工艺。方法运用正交试验法,以中药组方的出膏率及组方中的姜黄素作为考察指标,来优选提取工艺参数。结果最佳提取工艺为:用6倍量80%乙醇对骨痛贴中药复方连续回流提取3次,每次提取1.5 h。结论在所选用因素水平范围内,乙醇浓度对本中药复方提取影响最大,所选提取工艺条件稳定,可行。 Objective To optimize ostealgia plaster the best extraction process. Methods The method of orthogonal ex- periment was used to optimize extraction process parameters including the extract rate of traditional Chinese medicine formu- la and the formula of curcumin as investigation index. Results The best extraction technology was as follows : 6 times with 80% ethanol for ostealgia piaster in traditional Chinese medicine compound continuous reflux extraction of three times, each time 1.5 h. Conclusion Within the scope of selected factor levels, ethanol concentration has the greatest influence on the compound traditional Chinese medicine, the selected extraction technology condition is stable and feasible.
