摘要
本文研究使用罗克韦尔自动化控制系统.配合碳粉生产工艺要求.研制开发了国内首条碳粉自动化生产线的控制系统.对各个工段进行分段分时控制.实现了对碳粉生产全自动化,减少了人力成本.并在主要污染和耗能工序上实现了节能环保。
This paper mainly talks about the first domestic control system of automation production line for carbon dust based on Rockwell automation control system and the requirements of carbon production. This control system can control every workshop section in each segment and each time, realize the automation of carbon dust production, reduce the human cost and accomplish energy conservation and environment protection in mainly pollution and energy consumption processes.
