药用植物黄芪新品种品比试验

The Variety Comparison Study of Medicinal Plants Astragalus membranaceus

目的:通过对黄芪4个栽培品种的植物性状观测和产量比较,以期为药用植物黄芪遗传多样性的研究及优良品种的选育提供依据。方法:采用随机区组田间试验设计,结合方差统计分析方法,对黄芪在定西的4个主栽培品种的产量和主要植物学性状进行比较分析。结果与结论:4个黄芪栽培品种在植物学性状上存在一定的差异,植株形态对黄芪产量、质量的差异有一定影响;产量"陇芪3号"和"陇芪2号"显著高于"陇芪1号"和"大田种"。

Objective： Through the observation and comparison of the astragalus production and the plant traits of the four cultivars, based on the research of the astragalus membranaceus genetic diversity and the breeding of good varieties. Methods： This paper use the randomized block design in the field experiment and combine the statistical analysis of variance method to compare and analyze the four main cultivated varieties of astragalus membranaceus in dingxi yield and the main botany traits. Results and Conclusion： The results shows that there are certain differences in botany traits of the the four astragalus membranaceus cultivated varieties, morphological is the main factors to form the differences on the yield and quality of radix astragali, The production of stilbene 3 and west gansu 2 is significantly higher than that of stilbene 1 and big field.
