摘要
目的:建立HPLC测定八珍袋泡茶中阿魏酸的含量。方法:采用C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.085%磷酸溶液(17:83),流速为1.0mL·min^-1,检测波长为313nm。结果:阿魏酸进样量在0.41~2.46μg线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.02%,RSD为0.39%(n=9)。结论:此方法简便、准确,可用于八珍袋泡茶中阿魏酸的含量测定。
Objective: To develop an HPLC method for determination of Ferulic acid in Bazhen Daipaocha. Methods: The column was Diamonsil C18 (250mm×4.6mm,5μm), acetonitrile-phosphoric acid (17: 83) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1. 0 mL· min^ -1 and the detecting wavelength was set at 313 nm. Results: There was a good linear relationship for Ferulic acid within the range of 0. 41 - 2. 46 μg. The average recovery rate was 99.02% and RSD was 0.39% (n =9). Conclusion: The method is simple, quick and can be used to determin the Ferulic acid of Bazhen Daipaocha.
