发根农杆菌R1000菌株对抗生素抗性反应及毛状根诱导影响研究

摘要 通过对发根农杆菌R1000菌株对抗生素抗性反应的试验研究发现,其在适宜条件下培养,在培养的48h内呈不断上升生长趋势;对抗生素头孢噻腭钠(Cef)进行抗性筛选发现,当菌液OD600值为0.9,抗生素浓度为1000mg·L-1时,抑菌圈直径最大,抗生素作用效果最好,当菌液OD600值一定时,抑菌圈大小与浓度成正比;对卡那霉素(Km)进行抗性筛选时发现,卡那霉素对发根农杆菌的抑菌效果差,不能很好地抑制菌体增殖生长;在抗性时间试验中得出,菌落出现时间随抗生素浓度上升而延迟。 Through the study on the antibiotics resistant reaction for RIO00 Agrobacterium rhizogenes, we found when the cultivation conditions is suitable, it showed a rising trend in growth for 48h's cultivation; From the resistance screening for Cef, it showed that, when the OD600 value of bacterium liquid was 0.9 and the concentration of antibiotics was 1000 mg·L^-1, Bacteriostatic ring,s circle was the largest and the Antibiotic effect was the best. When the OD600 value was fixed,the size of bacteriostatic ring was proportional to the concentration; From the resistance screening for Km,it showed that the antibacterial effect on Agrobacterium rhizogenes was worst, Not well in the Inhibition of cell proliferation;Thought the study on resistance time,we found that the colonies appeared was delay with the increase of the concentration of antibiotics.
