摘要
基于Boyer理论,对资产评估专业硕士的培养目标进行了分析,提出了相应的人才培养模式要求和教学方案构建原则,并设计了人才培养模式的实施保障机制,以培养适应市场需求的高素质专业人才。
Based on Boyer＇s theory, we analyze the training objectives of asset valuation masters, propose some requirements of talent training mode and builds principles of teaching programs. We also design a safeguard mechanism system about talent training mode in order to facilitate training highly qualified professionals who can meet the demand of market.
