Theoretical Quality Training:An Important Way for College Students to Achieve Self-Management

理论素质培养是实现大学生自主管理,提高大学生综合素质的重要途径。通过对大学生理论素质现状的分析,探究影响大学生自主管理的因素,进而从理论素质培养的角度分析大学生自主管理存在的问题,通过反思和探索,寻求有效的解决问题的途径。

Theoretical quality training is an important way to achieve self-management and improve comprehensive quality of college students. This paper analyzes the factors which affect the independent management of college students by investigating the situation of theory quality training. Then we analyze the problems of college students＇ autonomous management from the persepective of therretical quality training in order to look for solutions.
