摘要
依据高校学生对课堂教学质量满意度的调查结果,研究了基于教师因素的高校课堂教学质量满意度。教师因素主要包括教师授课的内容、专业水平、仪表、授课环节等,将之与学生的专业、学习主动性进行关联分析,能够找出高校学生课堂教学质量满意度的主要影响因素,并提出相应的对策建议。
Using the data collected by a questionnaire survey, university students' classroom teaching quality is studied in this paper based on factors of teachers. The factors include teachers' teaching content, professional level, appearance, teaching process, etc. We do a correlation research on teachers' factors and students' major, learning initiative, etc. Then we find out the main factors which affect the satisfaction intensity of classroom teaching quality. According to the factors, we put forward relevant measures and suggestions.
