化学杂交剂对小麦穗部内源激素的影响

Effect of HCA on Endogenous Hormones of the Wheat Head

本研究通过应用化学杂交剂诱导两种不同类型的小麦产生雄性不育 ,在败育过程中测定了穗部各种激素的变化动态 ,探讨了IAA、GA4、ZR、DHZR、ABA五种激素在败育中的变化 ,揭示了各种激素的变化与败育之间存在的关系。结果表明 ,败育过程中 ,整个激素代谢系统都发生了变化 ,反之 ,花粉败育的发生是多种激素综合作用的结果。

Two kinds of wheat changed into male sterility induced by CHA. Studied on the content of IAA,GA 4、ZR、DHZR、ABA in the process of pollen abortion, We found out that the system of endogenous hormones all changed in the process. On the contrary, Pollen abortion is the result of mechanism of endogenous hormones.
