摘要
在农杆菌中Ti质粒上的若干重要区域共同作用下 ,将经改造的含有目的基因的T -DNA片断导入植物基因组中 ,并得以表达。采用农杆菌介导法 ,山西省农业科学院棉花研究所已将多个外源基因导入棉花中 ,获得转化品种与品系。
The T-DNA fragment containing modified interested genes was transferred into plant genomes and expressed under the co regulation of several important regions in a Tiplasmid. Several foreign genes had been transferred into cotton via agrobacterium mediated transformation, and transgenic cotton varieties had been obtained by Cotton Institute, Shanxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences.
