规律性血液透析对N末端B型钠尿肽原水平的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察慢性肾功能不全(CKD5期)患者经规律性血液透析后血浆N末端B型钠尿肽原(NT-proBNP)水平的变化。方法 22例慢性肾功能不全(CKD5期)患者在首次透析前及规律血液透析2周后分别进行临床表现评分、体重、肌酐及NT-proBNP水平测定。结果 22例患者规律透析2周后临床表现评分、体重、肌酐及NT-proBNP水平均较透析前降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),NTproBNP水平降低至正常范围患者的百分比为0.00%。结论规律性血液透析2周可使慢性肾功能不全(CKD5期)病患者的临床表现得到改善,肌酐及NT-proBNP(pmol/L)下降。 Objective To observe the changes of NT - proBNPconcentrationin serum of chronic renal dysfunction ( CKD stage 5) patients who received hemodialysis regularly. Methods Clinical manifestationscore, body weight, ereatinine and NT - proBNPconcentration in serum were measured before hemodialysis and after two weeks regular hemodialysis respeetively for 22 chronic renal dysfunction ( CKD stage 5 ) patients. Results Compared to the levels before hemodialysis the levels of clinical score, body weight, creatinine and NT - proBNPin serum were significantly decreased after two weeks'regular hemodialysis (P 〈 O. 01 ), but none of the NT -preBNPconcentration reduced to normal range. Conclusions Two weeks" regular hemodialysis could remarkably improved clinical performance and decrease serum creatinine and NT - proBNPlevel for patients withchronic renal dysfunction( CKD stage 5).
