半夏泻心汤为仲景《伤寒论》中的经典方,功在和中降逆,补脾助运,其主要适应证为"心下痞",其病因有偏寒、偏热的不同,但挟湿是其共性,舌苔以白腻、黄腻居多。现代医家运用其治疗胃肠疾病,如胃肠功能紊乱,功能性消化不良,胃炎、胃溃疡,反流性食管炎,慢性结肠炎,胰腺炎等,取其和阴阳,顺升降,调虚实,寒热并调之功,为治痞之良方。
