摘要
目的研究针刺水沟穴、内关穴对心肺复苏家兔脑组织的保护作用。方法采用家兔窒息型心脏骤停-心肺复苏(CA-CPR)模型,设立针刺复苏组、常规复苏组及假手术组。于自主循环恢复120 min快速开颅、取左侧脑组织分离ATP酶活性(ATP酶活性的检测采用定磷法)。结果与假手术复苏组比较,针刺复苏组和常规复苏组脑组织Na+-K+-ATPase活性均见下降,但是针刺复苏组(1.68±0.50 mol·Pi/mgpro·th-1)高于常规复苏组(1.44±0.32 mol·Pi/mgpro·th-1),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺能在常规复苏方法基础上提高脑组织的Na+-K+-ATPase活性,从而起到保护心肺复苏家兔脑组织的作用。
Objective To study the brain protective effect of the acupoints of Shuigou(GV26) and Neiguan(PC6) on the as- phyxia cardiac arrest rabbit. Methods Asphyxia cardiac arrest-cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CA-CPR) models were di- vided randomly into:the acupuncture CPR group, the conventional CPR group and the sham operated group. Test the Na+- K + -ATPase activity values of left brain after 120min of CPR for all of the three groups. Results Compared with the sham- operated group, the Na+ -K + -ATPase activity values were decreased significantly in the acupuncture CPR group and the con- ventional CPR group. Moreover, the activity values degree of the acupuncture CPR group ( 1.68 ± 0.50 mol. Pi/mgpro- th - 1 )was obvious higher than that of the conventional CPR group( 1.44 ±0.32 mol. Pi/mgpro.th- 1 ). These differences had statistical significances(P 〈 0.05).Condusions Acupuncturing Shuigou(GV26) and Neignan(PC6) could protect the brain tissues of CPR rabbits through enhancing the activity values of Na+ -K+ -ATPase of brain tissue.
