摘要
用高效液相色谱法 ( HPLC)检测肉鸡肌肉、脂肪、肝脏和肾脏组织中二甲硝咪唑的残留量。将二甲硝咪唑以0 .0 4、0 .4 0和 2 .0 0 mg/ kg分别添加到空白组织中 ,测得肌肉、脂肪、肝脏和肾脏组织的回收率在 75.0 %~ 96.1 %之间 ,变异系数均低于 1 0 %。用该方法测定肌肉、脂肪、肝脏和肾脏组织中二甲硝咪唑的最低检测限分别为 0 .0 1、0 .0 5、0 .0 1和0 .0 1 mg/ kg。经 2 0 0 mg/ kg日粮二甲硝咪唑混饲 AA肉鸡 ,测定不同组织中的二甲硝咪唑及其羟基代谢物的浓度。停药2 d后肌肉、脂肪、肝脏和肾脏组织残留量迅速下降 ,停药 7d后肌肉、脂肪组织残留量分别低于 0 .0 1和 0 .0 5mg/ kg,停药 1 0 d时肝脏和肾脏组织均低于 0 .0 1 mg/
A high performance liquid chromatographic method was reported for the quantitative determination of residues of dimetridazole in broiler chicken muscles, fats, livers and kidneies. Recoveries of dimetridazole added to blank chicken tissues at levels of 0.04, 0.40, 2.00 mg/kg were between 75.0%~96.1%, RSD were all lower than 10%. This method permitted the minimum detection limits of dimetridazole in muscle, fat, liver and kidney tissuses at levels of 0.01, 0.05, 0.01 and 0.01 mg/kg, respectively. Dimetridazole administered to AA broiler chickens in feed at 200 mg/kg. Residues of dimetridazole and 1 methyl 2 hydroxymethyl 5 nitroimidazole (DMZOH) were drop rapidely at 2 days of withdraw times, and changed slowly at other withdraw times. Residues of dimetridazole and DMZOH were lower than 0.01 and 0.05 mg/kg in the muscle, fat at 7th withdrawal day, respectively. Residues of dimetridazole and DMZOH were all and lower than 0.01 mg/kg in the liver and kidney at 10th withdrawal day.
