摘要
本地山羊安装永久性瘤胃瘘管 ,用尼龙袋法分别测定红三叶、紫花苜蓿及冬牧 70黑麦干物质 ( DM)、粗蛋白( CP)、中性洗涤纤维 ( NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维 ( ADF)在瘤胃内的降解率。结果表明 :1不同生长期的冬牧 70黑麦在相同培养时间段内 ,其 DM、CP、NDF、ADF的降解率差异显著 ( P<0 .0 5) ,且孕穗期高于抽穗期 ;经 72 h培养后 ,孕穗期DM、CP、NDF、ADF的降解率分别比抽穗期提高 1 7.88%、1 6.1 1 %、1 7.1 0 %、2 1 .0 2 %。2在相同培养时间段内红三叶的DM降解率均高于紫花苜蓿 ,但 CP的降解率却相反。 3经 72 h培养后 ,豆科牧草 DM、CP、NDF、ADF的降解率均明显高于抽穗期的冬牧 70黑麦 ,而接近于孕穗期的冬牧
The rumen degradable rate of dry matter (DM), crude protein (CP), neutral detersive fibre (NDF) and acidic detersive fibre (ADF) of three herbage ( Trifolium pratense L., Medicago sativa L. and Secale cereale L.) were investigated by nylon bag method on local goat, which had been installed permanent rumen fistula. The results are as follows: ① The degration rate of DM, CP, NDF and ADF of different growing period S. cereale was significantly different ( P <0.05) after culture of the same time, and the degration rate of boot stage was higher than heading stage, cultured 72 hours, the degration rate of DM, CP, NDF and ADF was higher 17.88%, 16.11%, 17.10% and 21.02% respectively. ② In the same speriod time of culture, the degration rate of DM of T. pratense was higher than M. sativa , but the rate of CP was on the contrary. In the beginning of culture, the rate of NDF, ADF of M. sativa were higher than T. pratense , with the time going, the result was on the contrary. ③ After 72 hours culture, the degration of DM, CP, NDF and ADF of leguminous herbage was higher than S. cereale of healing stage, and similar with the boot stage S. cereale .
