摘要
提出的"可变样本的综合控制图"(VGR)是对传统休哈特控制图、合格品链长控制图以及可变样本3者的恰当结合.通过数据显示,可变样本的综合控制图在样本均值发生较小偏移时更能及时发出失控信号,与传统休哈特图以及GR综合控制图相比减少了发信号时要检验的平均样本量,并且在均值未发生偏移时能有一个较大的平均样本量.
A control chart called VGR control chart,which was a combination of Shewhart' s X chart and an extended version of conforming run length chart and variable sample.It was numerically verified that the VGR chart gave a reduction in out of control ATS as compared to those of the GR control chart when in-control ATS was not smaller than a certain number.Steady state performance of the VGR was also better.Hence,VGR chart turned out to be economical to detect small shifts in the process mean.
