基于模糊Petri网的招标方信任风险评价模型研究

Study on Tenderee Trust Risk Evaluation Model Based on Fuzzy Petri Net

以模糊Petri网为工具,以招投标过程中招标方存在的对信任风险有重大影响的因素为基础,模拟出因素间的因果关系,建立了基于模糊Petri网的招标方信任风险评价模型.运用设计最长路径算法分析模型中致因要素导致招标方信任危机的可信度,在最长路径上的影响要素即为最易引发招标方信任风险的主要因素.最终通过模拟仿真案例分析,进一步说明招标方信任风险评价模型的应用性和可靠性.

The causal relationship was simulated among the factors having a significant effect on trust risk. And the evaluation model of tenderee trust risk factors was established based on the fuzzy Petri net. The trust risk factors analysis model of the tender side was established by using the design of the longest path algorithm analysis model, and influence factors on the longest path were the main factors that led to the tender side＇ s trust risk most easily. Finally, through the simulation ease analysis, the application and reliability of the tenderee trust risk evaluation model could be further illustrated.
