快慢型房室结折返性心动过速伴R波电交替及进展性慢径路结房阻滞

Fast-slow atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia and R wave alternant with progressive slow path rlode atrial block

1病例资料 患者，男，81岁。高血压病15年，治疗中。近1周咳嗽，晨起黄痰伴低热入院。

The Patient＇s symptem was paroxysmal palpitations. The clinical diagnoses were coronary heart disease, hypertension, chronic bronchitis and emphysema. Holter monitoring confirmed the diagnosis of dual atri- oventricular nodal pathways and fast-slow atrioventricular reentrant tachyeardia with progressive slow path block. Spontaneous termination of the tachycardia results from the electrophysiological characteristics of the slow pathway block.
