摘要
利用气相色谱法 ,以邻苯二甲酸二辛酯为内标物 ,同时测定复配混合乳油中的三氯杀螨醇和哒螨灵的含量。结果表明 :三氯杀螨醇回收率为 98.4 %～ 99.7% ,变异系数为 0 .69% ;哒螨灵回收率为 99.2 %～ 99.5% ,变异系数为0 .1 3%。该法分离度高 ,重现性好。
A method for the determination of dicofol and pyridaben in mixed Mc by gas chromatography was studied. The internal standard is dioctyc phthalate. The recovery of dicofol ranged from 98.4% to 99.7% and of pyridaben ranged from 99.2% to 99.5%. The coefficients of variation of dicofol and pyridaben were 0.69% and 0.13% respectively.
