摘要
研究飞行环境下飞机货舱门电液系统的功能仿真问题,提出采用电液联合仿真的方法来研究飞行环境下随机风场对飞机货舱电液系统功能的影响。借助湍流风场和离散突风的数值模拟实现了高空随机风场在幅值和时间上的随机化表征后,通过高空随机风场和飞机货舱门电液系统联合仿真系统完成虚拟样机系统。通过虚拟样机系统,得到了电控系统、液压系统与迎风载荷之间的数据传递关系。由于飞机需要在不同速度下完成开启功能,货舱门需要被放置在不同飞行速度下进行功能性试验。最后利用虚拟样机的数据传递关系,完成上述试验,得到了不同飞行速度下开启时间的分布。
In order to study the performance simulation of the aircraft cargo door electrohydraulic system in the flight environment, the electrohydraulic co-simulation method is put forward to analysis the influence of the stochastic wind field on the aircraft cargo door electrohydraulic system. To work it out, the numerical simulation of the turbulent wind field and the discrete gust makes the high-altitude wind stochastic field have the random amplitude and time, then use the high-altitude wind stochastic field and the aircraft cargo door electrohydraulic simulation system to build the virtual prototype system. Use the virtual prototype system to get the relationships of data transfer among the electronic-controlled system, hydraulic system and the wind load. Since the aircraft must complete the open function in the different velocities, the cargo door must be put in the different flight velocities to get the functional examinations. At last, use the relationships of data transfer to finish the functional examinations, and get the opening time distribution under the different velocities.
