对公立医院的公益性及其评价指标的认知分析——基于医患双方的问卷调查

新医改方案强调公立医院要遵循公益性。通过调查了解医患双方对于公益性的认知情况、对于公立医院的公益性履行情况的评价以及对公益性评价指标的支持情况,为合理评价公立医院公益性提供参考依据。研究结果表明:医患双方对公立医院的公益性了解程度多为一般;医患双方认为目前我国公立医院公益性履行情况一般,亟待提高;医患双方都支持医疗服务质量、社会满意度、公益卫生服务任务完成情况及社会效果、医疗技术水平作为公益性评价指标,但对医疗服务数量和均次费用指标争议较大。
